How do auto-messages with triggers work?

When you go to Default Auto Messages in your global settings, you will enter in the specific trigger you'd like. We have the following options: missing a check in, missing a workout, missing a meal, completing a workout, finishing a meal, and completing everything for the day.
These are sent as messages inside the chat. If your client has notifications, on they will receive a notification on their phone.
You can set up a time the message sends according to the trigger.

Multiple triggers can not be applied for the same action (for example 3 triggers for missing a check in).
