Can I schedule messages?

Sure thing. You do it either on the client's schedule or programs. There you click the '+' button on the right of the day you want the message to go through. By scrolling down, you are going to find a 'Add Smart Action' button > 'Send Auto Message', then you type in the message and select the time for the message to be sent.

Important thing here, the message will be sent according to the timezone of the client, not the coach.
