If you are looking to track their cardio sessions, the best way to do this is by leveraging our Progress Metrics feature.
Either you want to know how many minutes did it take them to complete a certain amount of kilometers/miles or how many kilometers/miles they ran that week/day, you can track it with a progress metric, and it will help them have a clear record of their sessions and even a graphic.
We also have an option for them to add any extra session they took directly on their dashboard with a '+' button. There they can add an item to the schedule that will be shown on your schedule too.
