How do I unsend/remove a form?

When you send a form, your client will be locked out from the account until the form is filled out. 

To unsend/remove a form, you'll go to the client's metric section and look for the 'pending' tab in the forms section. There, you'll find the sent forms and will be able to remove them by clicking on the small trash icon on the right side of that pending form (see picture below).
