Here's some steps you can take on your own to get a solution:
1. Make sure to refresh your page/app to get the most recent version of MyCoach Ai!
2. If the problem is occurring with a specific piece of content (Forms, Workouts, Videos, Exercises etc.) try removing this content and re-adding it to your client
3. If the problem is on mobile try on desktop
4. If you're an Android user, delete the web app from your homescreen & re-add it
5. Delete the web app from your homescreen & re-add it
6. Make sure you have the most recent iOS/Android update
7. Make sure you have the most recent version of our iOS app installed

1. Any type of screen recording is amazing (please follow how to do this here)
2. Send over device info (ie. iPhone 12 Pro iOS 16.6)
3. Send over client name or last 4 digits of phone number who is having the problem
