Once invited, clients will receive a text with a link for direct login to the app. If they don't receive that link, no worries!
Please tell them to go to www.mycoachai.com/login if they are an Android user, or just download the MyCoach Ai iOS app if they are an iPhone user. They will input their phone number or email to receive a code.
If they don't receive the code, there may be a delivery issue with their service. Have them login via email on that same login page. If they still cannot get in, reach out to us in our internal support channel.
