What if my client is not receiving a login code after requesting it?

1. Confirm the phone number you invited is the same as the number your client sent you (Important: Phone numbers should NEVER start with "0")

2. Ask the client to login directly on the iOS app, or here: http://mycoachai.com/login if  they are an Android user. If the invite was successfully sent, but the sign in message not received, they should still be able to log in here.

3. If you added your clients email when inviting them and client is not receiving the code to their phone number, they can select 'login using email' on the login page to get the code sent to their email. 

4. If client is still unable to log in you should delete them from your "Inactive Clients" (there on the profile section of the client at the bottom is where you can delete them tab and re-invite them.

5. If this is happening with your own account, please reach out to our support chat on our website or in our community channel as there may be a delivery issue.
