What if my client is not receiving a login code after requesting it?

1. Confirm the phone number you invited is the same as the number your client sent you (Important: Phone numbers should NEVER start with "0")

2. Ask the client to login here: http://mycoachai.com/login

3. If you added your clients email when inviting them and client is not receiving code to their phone number, they can select 'login using email' on the login page to get the code sent to their email. 

4. If client is still unable to log in you should delete them from your "Inactive Clients" tab and re-invite them.

5. If this is happening with your own account, please reach out to our support chat on our website or in our community channel as there may be a delivery issue.
