There are two simple ways of requesting a form: Scheduling it, or requesting it on the client's Metrics section.
- For scheduling a form, this can be done either in programs or on the client's schedule. To add a form, you want to click the '+' button on the day you want to the form to be prompted. Scroll down on the dropdown menu and click 'Add a Form'. Now, simply choose the form you want your client to complete.
- Requesting a form is the simplest way to have a form filled out as soon as possible. To do this, you will go to the client's 'Metrics' section and click 'Request a Form'. This will immediately prompt the form on the clients end for them to complete it.
Something very important to keep in mind is that once a form is scheduled, it WON'T be visible for the client to see on their schedule. When the day comes for the client to complete the form, next time they log in, they will be immediately prompted to complete everything within the form before they can return to their client dashboard. Because of this, forms are a perfect tool to request payments or collect other vital information.
Another note. The form titles are strictly for the coach to have a clear reference as to what the form consists of. The client will not see this.
