How do I collect payment in the app?

After setting up your Stripe Express account on your coaches dashboard you will be able to begin accepting payments.

We have 2 ways to take payments in our system.
1. Within a form. Here is how to request a payment within a form:
In the forms section, click 'Add Step' > 'Action' > 'Request Payment'. Make sure you set up the payment as either one time or recurring and hit save. Make sure it is not left as 'unset'.
Using forms to collect payment is a good way to lock your clients out of the system until the payment has been completed. They must complete this requested payment before being able to re-access their dashboard. You can also request an optional payment as an ‘upsell’ which client have the option to skip if they do not want the extra offer.

2. On within a program/client's schedule: You can also take payments here, but with the differential of not locking them out if not completed. This will show up for the client to complete for the day but again, they will still be able to access their dashboard, even if they do not complete that payment item.

You can schedule this for any day you would like to make the payment request. To do so, you will hit the '+' button > 'Add Smart Action' > 'Payment Request'.
