Absolutely, the best way to work with the workout section is by first creating your own database of exercises you often use, then go into the workout builder and choose from that database.
In the 'Content Section' go to Exercises > Ai Exercises > View All (to the right).
Once there, you can look up the exercises you commonly use, and save them to your 'My' Exercises database where you can swap the thumbnail, change our video for yours, or add a YouTube link.
