How do I program different reps for different sets within a single exercise?

Our workout builder by default asks you to put in a certain number of reps that will be applied to all sets within that exercises. If we would like to use different reps or rep ranges per set, we simply use our notes section. 

Also, make sure you add in the Reps field the limits like: 10-15 asa 

This would be a good template for you to use: 
Set 1: X Reps
Set 2: X Reps
Set 3: X Reps
