How do I work with methods and exercise variations in my workouts?

You already know how to assign sets and reps, plus add a few notes to your client. Now, they are ready for a new challenge: Methods like; Time Under Tension, RPE, Tempo, Paused Reps, and more. All of them are also part of workouts in MyCoach Ai.
