You can include cardio exercises as if they were any other wightlifting exercise. To do this, you would leverage our 'Sets' and 'Reps' sections of an exercise. Those values are completely customizable. That is to say, you could change those to say '30 minutes' instead of sets and reps, and your client will see them accordingly while completing them.
