How can I modify the way I message my clients?

You have multiple options in terms of messaging clients. You will find all the options in two different places: Under “Client Messaging” in your Global Settings (If you want to make this the default messaging settings for current and future clients), or from the client's profile (Here you can make changes for that specific client).

You can:

  • Toggle On/Off: Audio, Images, Videos, and DND
  • As well as scheduling an auto message to be sent if a client messages you during your DND hours.
