How can I send announcements to a group of clients?

 We have two paths you can take to do it:
1. You can create a group chat if this is going to be something recurrent, and you want to interact with your clients and have them interact with each other, then this is what we recommend.
2. You can use our 'Bulk Message' feature (you must have it on in your Global Settings (top left gear icon) > Your Quick Actions). There you can send a message to the clients you choose, and it's easier if you leverage the tags you have for clients. Simply click the tag, and all of the clients with that tag will be sent the message. Super simple, right?
