Progress metrics in our system encompass various data points tracked from clients, like numbers, text fields, time and duration, as well as elements like photos or videos. You can both use our many existing metrics or create new ones within the global settings, tailoring questions to suit specific needs.
These metrics are integrated into check-ins, programs, and schedules, enabling tracking of client progress across different contexts. Clients interact with metrics directly, submitting data points through schedules, programs, or check-in forms, which are then stored as progress metrics for analysis. Progress metrics are the perfect tool to track daily steps, journal, progress photos/videos, weight tracking, waist measurements, water intake, and more. You will find the exercises data here too.
Clients have access to their progress metrics through a dedicated tab on their home screen, where they can view graphs and statistics over different time periods. They can find them by typing in the progress metric in the 'Progress Stat' search bar above their nutrition.
Overall, progress metrics serve as a comprehensive tool for tracking client progress, offering valuable insights and facilitating effective communication.
