How does the check in system work?

We created our check in system in a specific way for it to be the best possible. It is the best tool to have a check in point with your clients and be able to follow up on their progress along the journey they are living with you.

In the Global Settings (top left gear icon), you will be able to set up your default check in. This means that every new client will have all of this progress metrics as part of their first check in. Starting here is key for having a well crafted template that you can use with almost every client, and make changes only when needed.

Now that everything is set up, go to your client's check ins section (see picture below). There you will review, respond, and schedule all of your client's check ins. Here's where you will find the progress metrics you chose in your Global Settings, and where you will be able to add or remove metrics according to the client's needs.

A couple of considerations with check ins:

  • Only when check in can be scheduled at a time. For the future, we want to include a solution where coaches can schedule more than one, but we are sticking to one check in at a time.
  • If you want to review your latest response for that client, you will have to go to the client's preview interface and find the check in response in the messages.
  • You can reschedule a check in whenever needed. (please, Andrew confirm this).
  • Currently, you can only go back and see the last two check ins, again something we want to change in the future.
