How do clients set up notifications on their phone?

Our push notifications are live for both coach and client on both iPhone and Android. Please not that iPhone users will use the iOS App, and activate push notifications that way. Android users, and coaches using the mobile interface of our system will activate push notifications through our web app.

Android: Step-by-Step Guide to Activate the Hybrid MyCoach Ai App and Notifications on Android

1. Log into Your Dashboard:
   1. Open your preferred web browser on your phone (e.g., Chrome).Go to http://mycoachai.com and log in.
2. Enable Notifications:
   1. Upon logging in, a pop-up will appear asking for notification permissions.Click the “Allow” button on the pop-up to enable notifications. 
3. Verify Notification Setup:
   1. Look for a bell icon on the top right of your screen. The appearance of this icon indicates that you are successfully set up to receive notifications.
4. Install the App:
   1. Selecting the menu option in your browser (usually represented by three dots in the upper right corner), choose “Add to Home Screen” or a similar option.Once added, the app will appear on your home screen, making it easier to access.
5. Enjoy Notifications:
   1. You are now all set to receive notifications from your coach through the app on your Android device!

iOS: Step-by-Step Guide to downloading our iOS App and activating push notifications.

1. Download 'MyCoach Ai' from the App Store to your iPhone.
2. Open the app and log into Your Account
3. Enable Push Notifications

• Go to your Profile Setting in the bottom right.
• Tap the button that says “Enable Push Notifications” at the top.

You should now start receiving notifications on your iPhone.
