Are the recorded metrics deleted when a program is removed?

Not at all! Whenever your client submits a metric, it will be tracked in the system under that clients profile specifically until you decide to delete that client's data. For any data you or your client want tracked, make sure they are entering the data for that progress metric and hitting save.
If you remove a program, it will remove progress metrics from your clients schedule that are built into that program. It will not delete previous data saved for that metric. Once saved, it will be there unless deleted by the coach.
