Plain Texts are our easy and comprehensible way to send out information, quick replies to frequently asked questions in messages and long text explanations.
As any content piece of our system, you set them up in the content section. You can create as many as you need, and we already provide many for you to leverage with clients. You then simply use it on a client's schedule (careful because the name will show up on their schedule), send them as a message or leave them on a content group.
