Yes, we have an Apple Health integration available for all iPhone users in our iOS app, allowing you to sync wearables like Apple Watches, and any other device with Apple Health connectivity.
To use other devices like Garmin, WHOOP, Aura, etc., your client will have to connect their wearable to Apple Health (usually through the device's companion app on iPhone), after which the data can be synced into the MyCoach Ai App.
Data synching with wearables happens through the '+' button on the bottom right corner of the client interface:
Click '+' button > press 'Add Activity' > Select 'Add from Apple Health' > Select Metrics to synch.
*You are able to sync data over multiple passed time periods, up to 4 months in the past. This time period is selected in the same menu under 'Add Activity'
For Android users, synching smart wearable devices is not available as of now.
