Client is not able to login. What do I do?

1. Confirm the phone number you invited is the same as the number your client sent you (Important: Phone numbers should NEVER start with "0")

2. If on iPhone, ask your client to download the iOS app and log in directly. If on Android, ask the client to login here: http://mycoachai.com/login

3. If you added your clients email when inviting them and client is not receiving code to their phone number after clicking "Get Code" they should click "Unable to log in with phone number" and login with their email

4. If client is still unable to log in you should delete them from your "Inactive Clients" tab and re-invite them.
