I am not receiving notifications. What can I do?

1. Ensure you're utilizing either the iOS or Web App. Notifications will not work through your browser, but are available on our app versions

2. Check your coach settings to see if “Enable Do Not Disturb” is turned on

3. Check your coach settings to see if “Schedule Do Not Disturb” is set to a time during which you would like notifications. You will not receive notifications during these hours.

4. Check your phone settings (outside of our Dashboard) to see if “Do Not Disturb” is turned on

5. If you aren't receiving notifications from a particular client, check their settings to see if “Enable Do Not Disturb” is turned on

6. If you aren't receiving notifications from a particular client, check their settings to see if “Schedule Do Not Disturb” is set to a time during which you would like notifications. You will not receive notifications during these hours.

7. If you aren't getting notifications specifically for group messages, check in the group chat settings (below the chat in the coaches dashboard) that the "Enable new message notifications" toggle is switched on for that group.

8. If you (or your client) still aren't receiving notifications, please try deleting the MyCoach Ai shortcut from your home screen and re-add it.
